Tom Delmar, Esq.

Tom concentrates his practice in all aspects of labor and employment law. Tom has experience litigating wage and hour, Family and Medical Leave Act, misclassification, discrimination, hostile work environment, unemployment, and wrongful termination claims. He also represents individuals, labor unions and organizations in a variety of matters including collecting bargaining disputes. Tom has further experience in reviewing and negotiating severance and non-compete agreements.

Tom previously practiced as an Employment Law Litigation Attorney at a mid-sized Massachusetts law firm and practiced Labor and Employment law in Boston.

In law school, Tom served as a judicial intern to Honorable Paul C. Dawley, Chief Justice of the Massachusetts District Court, and interned with the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor.

Tom grew up and resides in Mansfield, Massachusetts. While in law school, Mr. Delmar was awarded the Academic Leadership Scholarship, received honors for his brief writing and oral advocacy, and was a National Trial Team Competitor in the American Association for Justice Trial Competition.
