Diane also handles cases involving wrongful termination and sexual harassment. In addition, she has represented clients in unemployment hearings before the Division of Unemployment Assistance.
Diane has appeared on local news and radio broadcasts and was interviewed by CBS Evening News regarding a wrongful termination based on pregnancy litigation.
