Rob McMullen, Esq.
Rob currently focuses his practice on workers' compensation, public employee disability retirement as well disciplinary cases. Prior to joining the firm, Rob co-founded an advocacy group dedicated to obtaining social security benefits for disabled workers. He has represented hundreds of clients at disability hearings throughout New England.
Robert also has experience in criminal law. He has interned at the Essex County District Attorney’s Office under SJC Rule 3:03; clerked for a Boston law firm handling criminal appeals; and worked as a legal clerk with the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Robert is proud to have served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2000 to 2004. In 2003, he deployed with 2nd Military Police Battalion as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Due to his dedicated and exemplary service, he was meritoriously promoted on two occasions. He later drew on his military background to train new cadets at the Virginia Military Institute as a cadet captain.
