Jesse Gibbings, Esq.
Jesse's practice has focused exclusively on labor and employment law. Jesse has represented clients in discrimination claims, contract claims and wage and hour cases. Jesse is conversant in labor law and has experience in collective bargaining. In addition to his general labor and employment law experience, Jesse has specialized experience representing public sector employee in matters before retirement boards and the Division of Administrative Law Appeals (DALA) regarding retirement benefits under Chapter 32.
In law school, Jesse served as an intern in the City of Boston, Office of Labor Relations. Jesse also interned with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, Appellate Division where he successfully argued a case in front of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
