Labor Law

In general, labor law is the law that governs the relationship between employers and employees in a unionized workplace.  Labor laws regulate the formation of unions and establish rules for collective bargaining and the resolution of disputes. The law establishes democracy in the workplace.  We provide representation at the bargaining table, in the courtroom, at the administrative agencies, and in arbitration.
