Daniel S. O'Connor, Esq.
For over 25 years, Dan’s focus has been labor law, employment law, and discrimination law. He has represented clients in U.S. District Court, in Superior Court, before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, at the U.S. Department of Labor, before the Division of Unemployment Assistance, Department of Labor Relations, the Division of Administrative Law Appeals and the Department of Industrial Accidents as well as in arbitration and mediation. Dan has counseled clients in a broad range of employment-related matters including Wage and Hour matters, ADA compliance issues, and discrimination cases.
Dan was the lead attorney in Zagaeski v. Lexington Public Schools, 469 Mass. 104 (2014) and Kewley v. Dept. of Elem. and Secondary Education, 86 Mass. App. Ct. 364 (2014) as well as the principal draftsman of the appellate briefs in Blanchette v. School Comm. of Westwood, 427 Mass. 176 (1998) and Ballotte v. City of Worcester, 51 Mass. App. Ct. 728 (2001).
